About Dr. Aishwarya Pai
“I grew up surrounded by animals.”
Not occasionally. Not as pets you visit. But as a constant part of life: dogs, cats, all around her.
And yet, something was missing.
“We didn’t always have access to proper medical care for them where I grew up.”
That stayed with her. That quiet feeling of wanting to do more, but not being able to; it eventually turned into a decision.
Seven years into her journey as a veterinarian in OPD, Dr. Aishwarya brings that same sense of care into every consult—especially focusing on dermatology, where issues are often chronic, visible, and deeply uncomfortable for pets.
Because skin issues? They’re not just cosmetic. They affect mood, behaviour, and overall well-being.
Which is why her advice goes beyond just medicine.
“Mental enrichment matters. A happy animal is a healthy animal.”
Because sometimes, healing isn’t just about prescriptions; it’s about lifestyle.
Of course, her OPD has its fair share of unforgettable characters.
“Bommi is one of my patients… and she gets so excited to see me that she pees all over the floor.”
Not once. Not twice. Multiple spots.
“I even had another doctor check her in the same space to test it—and she only did it when I walked in.”
Safe to say… we’re sure the feeling is mutual.
For Dr. Aishwarya, every case, big or small, leaves a mark.
“I think every outcome, good or bad, teaches you something. It stays with you.”
But what keeps her going is simple.
“Seeing a pet recover.”
That moment when discomfort turns into relief, when irritation settles, when a pet finally feels like themselves again: that’s the win.
At home, there’s a memory that still lingers.
“Dom Perignon, my dog, who passed away in Oct 2024.”
A name you don’t forget. A presence that won’t be replaced in her mind or heart.
Looking ahead, she’s continuing to deepen her focus in dermatology, building expertise in a space that often requires patience, consistency, and long-term care.
And the belief she carries?
“Whatever you do, always give 100%… unless you’re donating blood.”
Because sometimes, a little humour makes the hard days lighter.
Meet Dr. Aishwarya at our Domlur hospital for compassionate, personalised care that keeps your pet happy, healthy, and thriving.

He fought bravely through a sudden and serious illness, and despite every effort, his body had been through too much. We are grateful for the love, care, and compassion shown to him by the doctors and nurses at Cessna who stood by him till the very end.
Our sincere thanks to doctors Parth, Amruth, Malavika, Adarsh, Ramesh, Pawan, Devaraja sir, and all the staff across IPD, Surgery and the rest. Your kindness and care gave our boy a huge fighting chance and we remain indebted.
Run free, sweet boy.
You were loved beyond measure, and you always will be. 🌈
