Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
