About Dr. Brijesh Kumar Singh

“For me, it’s always been about the challenge.”

Not just treating but understanding.

“The intellectual challenge of diagnosing and treating animal diseases… that’s what drew me in.”

And over the last 9 years, as a senior veterinarian working across OT and OPD, Dr. Brijesh has built his career in a space where precision, judgement, and experience come together.

Because surgery isn’t just about skill, it’s about decision-making.

When to act. How to act. And how to guide both the pet and the pet parent through it.

For him, veterinary medicine is a combination of many things:

“Animal welfare. Reducing suffering. Continuous learning. And working with patients who can’t tell you what’s wrong.”

And that last part? That’s what makes it different.

“You can’t ask them. You have to know.”

Of course, even with years of experience, pets still manage to surprise you.

“Some just collapse the moment they enter, like full ‘playing dead’ mode.”

Others?

“The over-the-top complainers.”

A little drama. A lot of personality.

But behind the humour, there’s a deeper understanding of what pet care truly means.

“All pet parents want the best for their pets. But care doesn’t start and end at the hospital.”

It’s in the everyday things:

Balanced nutrition | Exercise and play | Grooming and hygiene | Regular health check-ups

“The best care is often what you do consistently at home.”

Because prevention isn’t just advice, it’s responsibility.

One of his early experiences, a street dog case during his studies, left a lasting impression, shaping the way he looks at accessibility and care beyond just the clinic.

For Dr. Brijesh, the most rewarding part of being a veterinarian isn’t just the outcomes, it’s the purpose.

“Alleviating suffering. That’s what matters.”

And the belief he carries?

“The best doctor in the world is a veterinarian. They can’t ask their patients what’s wrong: they just have to know.”

Because in this profession, knowledge isn’t enough.

You need instinct. Experience. And heart.

Meet Dr. Brijesh at our Gurugram hospital for experienced surgical care and guidance that supports your pet’s health at every stage.

Had a really positive experience with Cessna Lifeline Veterinary Hospital. The doctors were extremely caring, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to properly explain my pet’s condition and treatment plan without rushing. The staff was polite, responsive, and handled pets with genuine compassion.

The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities for consultation, diagnostics, grooming, and rehabilitation. What stood out most was the attention and comfort given to pets during treatment — you can tell the team truly loves animals.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy veterinary care in Bangalore.

We rushed our 10 yr old male GSD with bloat to Cessna on the night of April 29th as this was the only vet hospital open 24/7 for emergencies in Bangalore. The vets and staff immediately conducted all the necessary tests to determine that it was GDV and performed Gastropexy surgery at 1 am after explaining all possible outcomes for our pet. Professional and polite vet staff. The place has everything for a pet in distress and I highly recommend this place. We were also allowed to see our pet pre and post surgery for a few minutes and that was reassuring. We got regular video and picture updates about our pet's recovery, consultation from Dr Padam the next day via a phone call about our pet's vitals and discharge was also smooth with guidance on post operative care by the on duty Vet. Thank you for saving the life of our pet. We can never forget this.

Our Pepe crossed the rainbow bridge today.

He fought bravely through a sudden and serious illness, and despite every effort, his body had been through too much. We are grateful for the love, care, and compassion shown to him by the doctors and nurses at Cessna who stood by him till the very end.

Our sincere thanks to doctors Parth, Amruth, Malavika, Adarsh, Ramesh, Pawan, Devaraja sir, and all the staff across IPD, Surgery and the rest. Your kindness and care gave our boy a huge fighting chance and we remain indebted.

Run free, sweet boy.
You were loved beyond measure, and you always will be. 🌈
