Vet care during the stay

Backed by a hospital, not just a helpline

Our boarding is run by Cessna Lifeline's own team. Vets check in regularly, and if anything comes up your pet goes straight to our hospital with records already on file.

Boarding FAQ

Good to know before they pack

Boarding desk: +91 76196 34627

How do I know if my pet needs Medical Boarding?

If your pet is recovering from surgery, has a chronic condition, is a senior, or needs regular medicines, choose Medical Boarding. Not sure? Share their history and we'll advise.

Can I visit my pet during the stay?

Yes, during visiting hours. Tell the team a day ahead. For anxious or first-time boarders we suggest keeping visits few, since a goodbye mid-stay can unsettle them again.

Why do you need so many documents?

They keep your pet, the other pets and our staff safe, and help us act quickly if anything comes up. If the vaccination book is lost, a letter from your vet with the dates is enough.

My dog is in heat. Is that okay?

Yes. We have separate zones, so she won't be housed with male dogs during her stay.

If I send food, is the stay cheaper?

We'll happily feed your pet's own food, but meals are already part of the price, so it stays the same. Special diets we don't stock are the exception.

Why is my dog so sleepy after coming home?

It's normal. Pets play and explore far more here than at home. Some lose a little weight for the same reason and regain it within days.
