About Dr. Arjun V
“For me, it’s always been my love for animals.”
That’s what led Dr. Arjun into veterinary medicine, and 5 years later, that same feeling continues to guide how he shows up every single day as a veterinarian with advanced training in gynecology and sonography.
His work often sits in moments of quiet importance: monitoring pregnancies, guiding reproductive health, using imaging to understand what animals can’t explain.
It’s the kind of care that requires patience, precision… and a lot of trust.
“Animals don’t tell you what’s wrong. You have to read between signs, behaviour, and sometimes, just instinct.”
And while his work can be highly clinical, the day-to-day has its softer, more wholesome moments.
“Cuddling. That’s definitely one of the best parts.”
There are also lessons that stay with him, not always from dramatic cases, but from the process itself.
“Learning cat handling techniques was something that really impacted me. Understanding how to approach them, how to make them feel safe—it changes everything.”
Because with cats especially, trust isn’t given. It’s earned.
For Dr. Arjun, being a vet is as much about relationships as it is about medicine.
“The unconditional love you get from pets and even their parents; that’s my favourite part.”
At home, that love continues with Siri and Sophie, who are his beloved pets.
